Regarding furniture like wardrobes, cabinets, desks ect., dimensions used by manufacturers are always external dimensions and they are in most cases “true to size”. Differences do not exceed 2-3 mm. With regards to upholstered furniture, this difference can be from 1 cm to 4 cm, due to the fact of foam level softness, thickness and elasticity, as well as upholstery, stretched used.

A wide variety of modular systems provided by allows creating your own entertainment unit or sofa from available pieces. Nonetheless, it is not possible to modify ready pieces available on the website.

All sofa beds and wall units purchased at are subject to a one-year warranty. Some of our products need to be shipped back to the manufacturer for service or repair, which may result in an extended waiting time. The whole process usually takes between 6-12 weeks.

Every purchase is checked regarding the availability of the product. We will confirm your order by email or by phone depending on your preferences. An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been placed. This message contains your personal information, list of purchased goods, chosen payment method and online store info.

Order status is automatically updated in real-time. You will be notified by email about every status change. You can also call our customer service to get more information on your purchase status, we will just need your personal information to provide you with an update.

There is no need to create an account to buy your dream furniture at You can go thru the whole process as a guest. You will be asked for personal information at the end of the process.

To cancel your purchase, you need to call our customer service. However, cancellation is possible only before the goods are shipped to you and in case of custom order before it has been sent to the manufacture.

In case of ready goods available in our stock, you can make changes only before it has been shipped to you. In the case of custom orders created especially for you by the manufacture, you can not make any changes after the purchase has been confirmed by the manufacture. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible.

For items available right away we will ship it as soon as the payment has proceeded. For custom orders waiting time can exceed from 6 to 12 weeks. You will be updated every time the order status change. You can also pick up your purchased goods by yourself at our store located at 1995 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, ON L4X 1M1. If you decide on pick up, you will need to call us 2 days ahead.

Small parcels sent by FedEx Standard Ground or Canada Post are delivered Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. You can track your parcel online with the waybill number received by email. Smart Furniture offers you local (Ontario) "white glove" delivery service as well. Please contact us regarding delivery charges which depend on the distance from our store.

For online orders, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will be asked to choose your preferred payment method at the end of the ordering process.

We currently only ship to Canada.

Shipping fees vary by product and by delivery destination, which can be determined by entering your postal code when viewing your shopping cart. Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes are applicable to delivery fees.

If you missed your delivery appointment, we can schedule another time, yet you have to be aware of additional fees you will be charged for a second delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery or pick-up (for online purchases only), upon presentation of the original receipt. The unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed based on the original method of payment.

All Smart Furniture products are covered with one year warranty unless otherwise specified. It is valid from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects resulting from residential use only. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.

You may have consumer rights under applicable federal and or local law that supersede aspects of this warranty. This warranty does not, in any way, supersede the rights given to you by law. As such, these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
